altitude at 250 meters asl.

COLOUR

Deep ruby red.

AROMA

Intense with notes of small red berries, licorice and black pepper.

TASTE

Good structure, austere, characterized by marked acidity and persistence.

VINIFICATION

15 days of maceration on the skins.

AGEING

About 10 months in stainless steel tanks and 4 months in second passage French oak tonneaux.

SERVING TEMPERATURE

18°C.

FOOD PAIRING

Agnolotti with roast meat sauce,
roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
